It was a pleasure working with Hillside Homes on our custom build. Mark is an excellent communicator and always had us prepared for what the next steps in our building process would be. He is honest and trustworthy. We felt well informed, and that our opinions were valued. Whenever we wanted to make changes we were given the details and cost before hand so that we could make an educated decision. In the end when our house was complete, it was appraised at a higher value than what we had paid for it to be built! This was due to the quality of work and finishes put into our house. If we ever build another house, we know we are going to call Hillside Homes.

We have been in Franklin for over 25 years now and this is our 5th new build. We feel lucky that Hillside Homes owned the lot we wanted, as the experience with Mark made this by far the easiest and more importantly most enjoyable process. It was clear from the beginning we were working with a true professional. It was outlined what our budget was in each category and where to go for all of our selections from tile, cabinets, lighting etc. We did have a couple places we wanted to use from past experience and Mark was more than accommodating. We built from the ground up and although mother nature is not always kind we still closed within the timeframe we agreed upon. The closing and move in were easy and there were no surprises in the end. We have now been in our home for over a year and the quality of our home is evident. It is even more evident with the comments from family and friends who visit who can see and feel how well the house is constructed. We say this is our last one to build, but if we take that leap again, Hillside Homes will be our first call!

We moved back to Williamson County in 2007 after being gone for 4 years. We were so happy to find a quality home built by Mark Kryscynski of Hillside Homes in a beautiful neighborhood. It was gorgeous with all of the upgrades we loved. The quality of the home was so good, that when we decided to build another home several years later, we instantly called Mark. He helped us work through the entire process from buying the lot, creating plans, selecting materials, and the overall construction. He was easy to communicate with and quick to respond.
